We had a wonderful afternoon of tea and chatter last Sunday. The menu included smoked salmon sandwiches, cucumber sandwiches, asparagus quiche, and of course the traditional scone with jam and clotted cream. For dessert, we had French macarons and Manchester tart (named for my hometown!). And we can't forget about the number of loose leaf teas we have available to choose from, perfectly brewed to your liking.
With the combination of delicious food, flavorful drinks, and good friends, it was a thoroughly smashing time in our tearoom! Luckily for the Austin English Tea Company crew, we get to spend every week this way.
