It just so happened that our Central Market cooking class date aligned perfectly with the Friday of the Royal Wedding! This cooking class in Austin, Texas was planned and put on the calendar before the Royal couple had even announced the date.
This added an extra layer of excitement and charm to the experience, making it a truly special event. It was so rewarding to show people my way of baking and preparing afternoon tea goodies. We made a lemon lavender tart in honor of the Royal Couple, which was certainly the highlight of the class.
