There are 3 room options:
The Small Tearoom - 9 to 16 guests - $48 per person for the full menu and 2 hours in the tearoom - available on Saturdays and Sundays
The Large Tearoom - 15 - 30 guests - $55 per person for the full menu and 2.5 hours in the tearoom - available on Saturdays
Both Tearooms - 31-46 guests - $55 per person for the full menu and 3 hours in the tearoom - available on Saturdays
The sales tax will be added at checkout. There is no room rental and no additional fees.
